Challenge: ClearLight Partners is a private investment firm located in Newport Beach, CA, with $900 million of assets under management. ClearLight needs to create a modern Blog page that is easy to navigate, easy to share and to update.

Our solutions: We came up with a modern, random Tiles-Stacking (Masonry) implementation which is doing away with the traditional boring Blog-like page yet very functional and easy to use.

Walker Advertising

Challenge: Walker is facing growing pains so we were hired to make improvements to their in-house CRM, Call Center Software, overhauling Walker’s B2C, B2B portals and websites. This is an on ongoing, multi-months project.

Our solutions: We were able to quickly learn the intricacies of the existing softwares and made many immediate bug fixes and enhancements resulting in higher productivity and customer satisfactions. We’re also built brand new API system supporting Push and Pull, state-of-the-art Call Scripting platform, automated Leads importing with automated error correction and issue alerts. We’re laid the foundation for sophisticated Enterprise level, Business Intelligent reporting via SSAS and MS Power BI. We’re also on-course to revamp the websites to support their Digital Marketing initiatives with better UI, UX and SEO friendliness.

Ziggedy

Challenge: Ziggedy.com, built from the ground up, is a sophisticated fundraising platform powered by a full fledge E-Commerce search engine supporting over 100 million Products and coupons, all refreshing daily.

Our solutions: Due to the Fundraising nature of the business, Ziggedy needs to keep its operating cost extremely low so it can pass on the savings to its customers. As a result, we have built world-class software platform that is running almost entirely automated. The Products and Coupons search engine automatically connects and refreshes deals and coupons daily from over 3 thousands Internet retailers. Affiliate revenue is tracked and reported, down to the individual transaction, throughout the day. The site is built on the latest Cloud-base technologies (Load Balancing, Elastic servers, Edge servers, Cached severs, Cloud Database, etc...) enabling the site to handle traffic growth, again, automatically. Finally, users and organizations can manage their fundraising activities with a self-serving suite of reporting tools and marketing tools. For marketing, we have built a highly flexible templating systems enabling users to send customizable templated messages via Social Marketing Channels, Emails, Phone Messaging, and via integration with Learning Management System (LMS).

Loopnet

Challenge: LoopNet is a Multiple Listing Service for the Commercial properties. Their challenge is to be able to support the 5 million monthly visitors, the billion dollars of Commercial properties and billion more in For Lease spaces. Revenue are primarily generated by memberships with a complex set of membership’s packages and thus complex access restrictions behind the scene.

Our solutions: We successfully migrated the Properties Search Engine from the old Server-base approach to a Service-Base architecture (SOAP) using the latest in front-end technologies to enable a light-weight and responsive search engine thus allowing LoopNet to scale. Supporting the Revenue model, we’re architected a highly flexible Products-Features relationships allowing Sales to customize hundreds of scenario-based offerings. One a membership is purchased, credit cards is charged, website features and user’s experience are seamlessly upgraded or downgraded. Financial transactions are secured and integrity ensured using the latest technologies in Relational Database, Message Queue Service, and the .NET platform.
